Setting up MSP360 Remote Assistant


  1. Open Google Chrome and go to URL https://tinyurl.com/PowerBiz360A file will be downloaded.



  1. Double-click on the file to begin the installation. If a security warning comes up, click Run.




  1. Continue with the installation steps.




  1. Once the Installation is completed, open the application. Click “Start Freeware”



  1. Now the Remote Assistant application will load on your home Laptop /PC, as attached below.



  1. Click the outbound connection as highlighted in the below image and then put the Computer ID of your Office PC (Your Office PC ID will be provided separately)



  1. The computer will ask for an Encryption Key. Your encryption key will be provided separately. Please copy paste this key and connect. You can use the usual login method to enter the PC from here.
