Access the Arkaba Medical Terminal Server
To remotely access the Terminal Server, you need to do the following.
Windows PC.
- Open the Remote Desktop Connection App and connect with the following settings.
- Note the username. The connection password is the computer password for the network.
Other Devices
- Install Microsoft Remote
Desktop Connection from the App Store.
- Open the App and create a new connection
- Desktop/Server connection
- PC/Server Name: remote.arkabamedical.com.au:3392
- Username: arkabamedical\*username*
- Password: *your password*
Note that you can only access the server from Australia.
