When you first receive your email credentials, please log in to https://outlook.office.com/. Use your email address and password to log in.
  1. To access Outlook on the web - https://outlook.office.com/

You may have also been provided access to a Shared Mailbox.
  1. To access the Shared Mailbox on the web, please follow these instructions - https://help.powerbiz.solutions/portal/en/kb/articles/open-and-use-a-shared-mailbox-in-outlook-on-the-web
  2. If you are using Outlook for Windows, the mailbox will show up in Outlook within 2-6 hours. Sometimes, you may need to restart your computer to get the mailbox to attach.
